




Is there a cost to attend the Lake Arbor Jazz Festival?
For the first time in four years, there will be a nominal admission fee to the Lake Arbor Jazz Festival of $10.00/person in advance; $15.00 on-site. Children under 12 will be admitted for free. Your admission fee will defray the cost of producing this high quality event and ensure the future of the Festival going forward. All tickets are non-refundable.
VIP tickets will also be available at the cost of $35.00 per person. Is the event wheelchair-accessible?
All areas of the festival that are accessible to the public are wheelchair accessible. These include parking, seating, concessions and the marketplace.
What are the seating arrangements?
Both General Admission and Reserved Seating are available for the 2013 Fesitval. GENERAL ADMISSION TICKETS ARE AVAILABLE AT THE COST OF $10.00/PERSON. TICKETS WILL BE $15.00 PER PERSON ON-SITE ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT. ONLY CASH WILL BE ACCEPTED ON-SITE. CREDIT CARD PURCHASES WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. Children under 12 will be admitted for free. General Admission tickets require that you bring your own seating. Please note that table-mounted umbrellas are not permitted. Chair mounted umbrellas are permissible however umbrellas that obstruct the view of other Festival goers must be removed upon request of Festival management.

Can I bring coolers, food, or beverage?
You will NOT be allowed to bring food, beverages, or coolers into the event. Absolutely no alcoholic beverages can be brought on site. A variety of food and beverages will be on sale at the event. Please note that ALL bags brought on to the premises may be subject to search by Prince Georges County Police and/or Maryland Park Rangers.
In addition to the music, what activities will be at the event?
Food & Beverages: A variety of food and beverages will be for sale including hot dogs and hamburgers, soul food, etc. Also, we will have family-friendly fun including a moon bounce, skate mobile and face painting for the children.
Beverages: Non-alcoholic beverages will be sold on site. No alcohol is permitted on the Festival grounds.
Marketplace: Vendors will have merchandise for sale including jewelry, arts & crafts, books/CD's, t-shirts, souvenir items and gifts
How much is parking?
Parking is free and available adjacent to the Festival grounds. Additional remote parking is available at 9500 Arena Drive and 9701 Mercantile Lane in Largo, MD (5 minutes from Festival site). Shuttle service to the venue will be available free of charge.
I'm coming from out of town. What hotels are close to the Festival grounds?
The Radisson Hotel Largo-Washington, DC is the closest hotel to the 2013 Lake Arbor Jazz Festival. For reservations, call (301) 773-0700 or visit www.radisson.com.
What happens if it rains?
All artists are scheduled to perform “rain, or shine”. The event will be continued even if it rains. No refunds will be issued if inclement weather occurs.

Are pets allowed?
No pets are allowed.
Are umbrellas permitted?
Small umbrellas and hats are permitted in case of showers. Festival Management reserves the right to ask attendees to lower or remove their umbrellas if they are obstructing the view of other Festival patrons.
Are ATM’s available at the event?
ATM’s are available on site at the center of the Vendor Marketplace. ATMs are also available at Bank of America on Lake Arbor Way between Landover Road and Campus Way North with a drive through ATM and an ATM in the lobby.
Can I record the festival and/or bring recording devices?
No camcorders or other video recording devices are permitted.
Are there any other Festival events?
