




Is the event wheelchair-accessible?
All areas of the festival that are accessible to the public are wheelchair accessible. These include parking, seating, concessions and the marketplace.
What are the seating arrangements?
Sponsors and their guests and invited guests will have reserved seating. General Admission seating is not reserved.
Can I bring coolers, food, or beverage?
You will NOT be allowed to bring food, beverage, or coolers into the event. A variety of food and beverages will be on sale at the event. Absolutely no alcoholic beverages can be brought on site. Bags brought on to the premises may be subject to search by Prince Georges County Police and/or Maryland Park Rangers.
In addition to the music, what activities will be at the event?
Food & Beverage: A variety of food and beverages will be for sale including hot dogs and hamburgers, soul food, Jamaican food, etc. Also, we will have family-friendly fun including a moon bounce, skate mobile and face painting for the children.
Beverage: Non-alcoholic beverages will be sold on site.
Marketplace: Vendors will have merchandise for sale including arts & crafts, books/CD's, t-shirts, souvenir items and gifts.
How much is parking?
Parking is free but limited. Please be sure to abide by parking instructions provided on the day of the event.
What happens if it rains?
All artists are scheduled to perform “rain, or shine”. The event will be continued even if it rains.
How will I know what time each performer will be on stage?

Are pets allowed?
No pets are allowed.
Are umbrellas permitted?
Small umbrellas and hats are permitted in case of showers.
Are ATM’s available at the event?
There are no ATM’s on site. However, there is a Bank of America on Lake Arbor Way between Landover Road and Campus Way North with a drive through ATM and an ATM in the lobby.
Can I record the festival and/or bring recording devices?
No cameras, camcorders, or other video recording devices are permitted.
Is there a cost to attend the Lake Arbor Jazz Festival?
No. there is no cost to attend the Festival. The event is free to the public.
